The fact that similar articles exist on Bharatpedia does not automatically mean that those subjects meet the notability criteria. If you believe other articles do not meet the local notability requirements, they can also be nominated for deletion so the community can review them.

As for why this particular article remained in the main namespace for five years, that does not necessarily mean it was determined to meet the notability criteria.
