Balram Das Tandon (1 November 1927 – 14 August 2018)[2] was an Indian politician and the Former Governor of Chhattisgarh.[3] In his adult hood for some years he was a pracharak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party from Punjab.[4]
Political career
He was deputy chief minister in the Justice (retd) Gurnam Singh Akali Dal-Jan Sangh ministry in 1969-70 . He also served as cabinet minister in 1977-79 and in 1997–2002 in the ministries headed by Parkash Singh Badal.
