Usage
This template is for marking sections of a page as policies. If the entire page is a policy, use {{Policy}} instead.
This template should be placed directly below the header of the section that is being denoted as policy. Once you have marked the sections, {{Policy section top}} should be placed at the top of the page.
Pages, and sections of pages, only become policy, and only cease being policy, as the result of community discussions. Users should not unilaterally place this template on a page.
