Parmar[1][2] also known as Paramara is a clan found among the Gurjars of India and Pakistan. They're mainly adhere Hinduism as their religion. ===Ethnography==ę Gujjar families belonging to this clan mainly inhabit in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Dehli. Some are also inhabit in Pakistani Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
