As days go by, Naren falls in love with Shaku but Mr. Kuber asks for the photograph of Saudamini's late husband. Again with the help of Tatya Malvankar, Shaku shows the Kubers the photograph of an aspiring theatre actor dressed in a military uniform and as that of her late husband, "Captain Bajirao Rangade", provoking Mr. Kuber to finally agree for Naren and Shaku's marriage. Mr. Kuber had previously asked Mr. Deshmukh for Hema's hand in marriage for Naren. One day, when Mr. Kuber visits Mr. Deshmukh at his office, he suddenly bumps into Luktuke and identifies him from the photograph of Saudamini's so-called late husband, Captain Bajirao Rangade. A plan begins to take shape in the mind of Mr. Kuber who makes Luktuke arrive at the Kuber residence as Captain Bajirao Rangade himself. | ||
