Jalpaiguri Institute of Technology Previously known as- IMPS Polytechnic College, Jalpaiguri established in 2015, is a self-financed polytechnic college located in Raninagar, Patkata, Jalpaiguri district, West Bengal.
About College
This polytechnic is affiliated to the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education ,[1][2] and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education,[3] New Delhi. This polytechnic offers Diploma in Engineering courses in Computer Science & Technology, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.[4].On academic season 2023-24, changed the present name of the college from 'IMPS Polytechnic College Jalpaiguri' to 'Jalpaiguri Institute of Technology'.[5][6]
