Tokheho Sema was an Indian politician and public servant from the state of Nagaland.[1] He served as a member of the Nagaland Interim Body which oversaw the formation of the state in 1963.[2][3] He has also served as a minister of the state,[4] has contested the state assembly elections in 1993 as an Indian National Congress candidate[5] and is a former leader of the Congress legislature party in the assembly.[6] The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2016, for his contributions to Public affairs.[7]
