Ooti or Uti is a Meitei Manipuri dish, made up of soaked rice and soaked peas. It is a gruel of rice, green grams and a concoction of green onions. It is a very popular dish in the Indian state of Manipur, especially among the Manipuri ethnicity.[1][2][3]
