The National Symbols of the Australasian Nation-State of Aotearoa are official and unofficial flags, icons or cultural expressions that are emblematic, representative or otherwise characteristic of Aotearoa and of its culture. Among the additional objects which are considered to be symbols of the Kiwi nation, is the indigenous Kiwi bird.
