Mujeeb ur Rehman[1][2] is a Chef (born may 17,1974) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. India. His great-grandfather Late Abdul Raheem Quraishi was associated with Royal Kitchen of Awadh during british era, his job was to organize and redefine food and develop new delicacies. In older times where there was a quite stiff competition in the trio of Awadhi, Mughlai and Hyderabadi suppositions with regards to its food, culture and many other considerations.

Early life and Education[edit]
Since his early childhood Chef Rehman was very much attached with his grandfather and he grew up in mere guardianship of his Grandparents,
Growing up with much affection of grandparents, listening to interesting stories about Nawabs, their lifestyle, cultures, art of cooking in Lucknow. Enjoying tales of how Nawabs liked & disliked food, he developed more curiosity in knowing more about food & history of his region’s cuisine, Chef then learnt the traditional cooking from his grandfather as an arousing passion & was very much wanting to make a profession in it.
Career[edit]
Inspired by Grandfather, the love for cooking didn’t degrade although his father was wanting him to become an engineer. After putting in efforts to convince him, Rehman was able to get a chance of following his passion.
In 1995, taking cooking as a career, Chef formed a small group of traditional cooks (Khansama) under the brand name, ‘Kitchenetteawadh’
