Siva is a 1989 Tamil-language action film directed by Ameerjan. The film stars Rajinikanth, Raghuvaran, Sowcar Janaki and Shobana.[1] The film is a remake of the 1977 film Khoon Pasina.[2] Rajinikanth played Raghuvaran's role in the Telugu version Tiger (1979), which starred N.T. Rama Rao. Siva was a box office failure.[3] The film was dubbed in Telugu as Tiger Siva, released on 19 January 1990.[4]
