Chander Mohan Bishnoi, is the former Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana State and a prominent Indian National Congress Leader from Haryana. He is elder son of former Chief Minister of Haryana Bhajanlal Bishnoi.

Bishnoi was educated at the Lawrence School, Sanawar.[1] He has been elected as member of legislative assembly for continuously 4 times from Kalka Constituency.
