First Aid Council of India (abbreviated as FACI) is a medical council based in Delhi, with Shabab Aalam acting as its president. It aims to conduct basic medical diploma courses throughout the academic institutions in India. The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya opened about eleven study centers in Madhya Pradesh for the council.

First Aid Council of India (FACI), headquartered in Delhi, was incorporated in 2017.[1] Indian academic and educationist Shabab Aalam is its president.[2][3]
FACI aims to promote first aid education in India. According to certain newspapers, it has started the courses after being influenced by Narendra Modi's Atmanirbhar Bharat.[2] In November 2020, the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya established several study centers for these programs in the state of Madhya Pradesh.[2] According to a report by The Free Press Journal, the university set up over eleven academic study centers to help First Aid Council of India in conducting the courses.[4]
