'''P. V. Narasimha Rao Expressway''' is an 11.6 km long elevated road connecting the [[Hyderabad International Airport]] with [[Mehdipatnam]]. Chief minister Y.S Rajasekhara Reddy laid the foundation stone for the project. The earlier design of the expressway did not had any ramps for entry and exits. This made the expressway unusable to the people form surrounding areas. One has to enter the expressway at Mehdipatnam and has to exit at Aramghar. So, the traffic on the flyover was estimated to be too low, making it worthless. The design was later modified and 3 sets of Entry and Exit ramps were constructed. The 3 sets of ramps are constructed at the below junctions.
