Founded in 1984, the school is managed by the DAVCMC and is affiliated to the CBSE. The Founder Principal was Mrs. P. Sofat.

The school is a residential-cum-day school. Many facilities for sports are available. Games like basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, etc. are provided which are important for overall development. In 2018 new building "Vanika 2" was inaugurated.
