First Aid Council of India is a medical council based in Delhi, with Shabab Aalam acting as its president. It aims to conduct basic medical diploma courses throughout the academic institutions in India. The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya opened about eleven study centers in Madhya Pradesh for the council.

FACID aims to promote first aid education in India. According to certain newspapers, it has started the courses after being influenced by Narendra Modi's Aatma Nirbhar Bharat.[1]
