Gagan Ajit Singh (born 9 December 1980) is a field hockey striker from India,[2][3] whose father Ajit Singh played for the national team at the 1972 and 1976 Summer Olympics. He is a nephew of Harmik Singh. He attended Jamia Millia Islamia for graduation.
Career
Singh made his professional debut in 1997 during a test series against Russia, Singh played at the 2000 and the 2004 Summer Olympics, where India finished in seventh place on both occasions. Since that last tournament, Singh is playing in the Netherlands, for HC Klein Zwitserland, alongside his fellow countryman Dilip Tirkey.
