Ajay Kumar Tripathi (12 November 1957 – 2 May 2020) was an Indian judge. He was a Judicial Member of Lokpal from 23 March 2019[1] until his death. He was also the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court from 7 July 2018 to 22 March 2019. Tripathi was born in Bihar.

On 5 April 2020, Tripathi was diagnosed with COVID-19.[2] He died in New Delhi on 2 May 2020 from the infection, aged 62.[3]
