Singh is from [[Masuda Assembly constituency|Masuda]], Ajmer district, Rajasthan. His father Bhanwar Singh is a farmer. He completed his BCom at a college affiliated with [[University of Rajasthan]], Jaipur in 1986.<ref name=":0" />

== Career ==
Singh won from Masuda Assembly constituency representing the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election.
