== Career ==
Sood worked in Wellingdon Hospital (now [[Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital|Ram Manohar Lohia]]), where she used to visit villages in a mobile van.<ref name=":1" /> She later joined [[Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research]].<ref name=":1" />

== Recognition and Awards ==
Dr. Sood was recognised by the Indian Dental Association as senior respected faculty, she was honored by IDA Chandigarh on Teachers day, 5 September 2020{{cite web |title=IDA Faculty Recognition |url=https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1088716468245793&id=231549583962490}}</ref>.
