==Specification==
The class is {{convert|97|m|ftin}} long, {{convert|15|m|ftin}} wide, with a {{convert|3.6|m|ftin|adj=on}} [[Draft (hull)|draught]] and has a [[Displacement (ship)|displacement]] of 2,140 tonnes. It is capable of maximum speed of {{convert|26|kn|lk=in}} with a range of {{convert|5,000|nmi|lk=in}} at a cruising speed of {{convert|12|to|14|kn}}. The class will be armed with a {{convert|30|mm|in|abbr=on|2}} [[CRN 91 Naval Gun]], two {{convert|12.7|mm|in|abbr=on|2}} heavy machine guns with fire control system, a helicopter for various operational, surveillance, and [[search and rescue]] missions. It also has modern radar; navigation and communication systems; front propulsion pods providing high maneuverability. It has been indigenously designed and has undergone dual certification from the [[American Bureau of Shipping]] and [[Indian Register of Shipping]].
