Urdu Hall was inaugurated by Independent India&amp;#039;s first Prime Minister, [[Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru]] in December 1955 at [[Himayatnagar, Hyderabad|Himayathnagar]], Hyderabad. Noted Urdu poet, [[Makhdoom Mohiuddin]] was associated with the center.&lt;br /&gt;
