The '''Tikri border gang rape''' case involved a rape and assault that occurred on 10 April 2021 in Tikri Kalan, Delhi at the farmer's protest site. The incident took place when a 26-year-old woman from West Bengal was allegedly raped on the way to Delhi and after reaching the Tikri border to join the farmers' protest against the recently enacted agriculture laws. The victim later died due to Covid-19 on April 30 at a private hospital in Delhi.

==Incident==
The matter came to light after the father of the woman filed a complaint based on which an FIR was registered under sections 365, 342, 376-D, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. In his complaint, the father named six persons who went to West Bengal on behalf of the Samyukt Kisan Morcha. According to the details in the FIR, a delegation of farmers, including the accused, had held a public meeting in Hooghly, Bengal, on April 1. On April 12, on reaching the Delhi border protest site, the victim was forced to share the tent with the accused as she was alone, the FIR stated. ==Investigation==
The Haryana police on May 9 booked six persons for gang rape and abduction.
