Later, he found out that there are no channels creating content for [[Football in India|Indian Football]] and hence decided to do it by himself. Soon he formed Techtro Lucknow FC in 2019 which competed in Lucknow District Football League. On 29th August 2020, Techtro Swades United was launched digitally and became the first ever professional football club from [[Himachal Pradesh]]. Minerva Academy FC/CC became the strategic partner of the club and they appointed former [[Minerva Punjab F.C.|Minerva Punjab]] head coach [[Surinder Singh (footballer)|Surinder Singh]] as their technical director and former [[I-League]] head coach of [[Punjab FC]], [[Yan Law]] was appointed as the first ever head coach of Techtro Swades United.<ref>https://iftwc.com/yan-law-named-new-head-coach-of-techtro-swades-united-fc/</ref>

They finished as runners-up in the first-ever edition of [[Himachal Football League]] after losing 2-0 to Himachal FC, the reserve side of the club, in the final match. They earned the eligibility to play in 2020-21 season of [[I-League 2nd Division]].

==Crest and colours==
The crest of Techtro Swades United features the faces of three [[Asiatic lion|Asiatic lions]] in resemblance to the [[Emblem of Himachal Pradesh]] as well as the [[State Emblem of India]]. On the head of the lions sits the crown which is in the shape of [[Nelumbo nucifera|Lotus]]- [[National symbols of India|the national flower of India]] and it also resembles the mighty [[Himalayas]]. The entire logo is made by using just circles, where many circles are met to make a part or multiple elements of the logo.

The official home colours of the team are red and blue, and the [[away colours]] are white and blue. The [[Third jersey|third kit]] was of purple and blue. All the three kits consist of patterns resembling the [[culture of Himachal Pradesh]].

== Ownership ==
Techtro Swades United is organised as a registered association. Unlike a [[limited company]], it is not possible to purchase shares in the club, but only membership. With a unique [[List of fan-owned sports teams|fan-owned]] model, the club rids itself of incompetent management and ensures that the decisions will always benefit the club and the fans of the club.<ref name=":0" />

Although the club has been declared as a fan-owned club, it as well has two co-owners, Ranjit Bajaj and Neeraj Kholiya.<ref name=":0" />
