It is famous for the Lord [[Narasimha]] temple (Shri Narsingh नरसिंह Bhagwan Mandir). Narsingh Leela is organised in this village annually in the month of Vaishakha on Narsingh Chaturdashi (in April–May). Thousands of people gather from nearby villages to enjoy Narsingh Leela. Narsingh Avtar and Varah Avtar are main attractions of the Leela. The village is mainly populated by peace-loving farmer community known as Bagra Brahmin.<br /> <br /> Narsingh Leela is also organised in Vrindavan and Delhi.
