== Education ==
He graduated from the University of Madras in a masters in Psychology. He successfully defended his research thesis on 30/04/2021 and was awarded a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Counselling Psychology and Management (Inter-Disciplinary) from Vels University.

== Political career ==

Rajaa has been elected thrice to the [[Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly]] from [[Mannargudi (state assembly constituency)|Mannargudi]]. Rajaa was appointed as the first secretary of the newly created [[Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam|DMK's NRI Wing]]. After [[Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam|DMK]] came back to power in [[2021 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election|2021]], Rajaa was appointed as a member in the Tamil Nadu State Planning Commission and as the Chairman of the Legislative Committee on Estimates by the [[Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu|CM]] [[M. K. Stalin|Thiru. M K Stalin]]. He was also declared as the Substitute Speaker of the Assembly by the [[Speaker (politics)|Speaker]] of [[Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly|TN Legislative Assembly]] [[M. Appavu|Thiru. M Appavu]] .
