[[Cotton]], [[wheat]], [[Peanut|groundnuts]], [[jowar]], [[Pearl millet|bajra]], [[dadar]] and vegetables are the main [[crop]]s. Products are traded in markets such as [[Pahur, Maharashtra|Pahur]] and Shendurni. Many farmers are actively involved in finding new and convenient techniques of [[farming]].<br />

Other professions include dairy farming, restaurants, retail stores, garages, etc. More than 20 young people from the village serve in state and central defence forces. Over 10 Master's degree holders from Khadakdeola work in diverse fields such as mechanical, chemical, IT/Software, hospitality and management.<br />
