Mazarello holds a [[Bachelor of Arts]] in [[Psychology]] from [[Bombay University]]. Mazarello debuted in the [[tiatr]] &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Devan Sanddunk Nam&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in 1979 with a cameo appearance opposite tiatrist Jacinto Vaz. This tiatr was produced by her husband, Wilson (Wilmix) Mazarello. In this tiatr, she sang the song &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Dhovo Parvo&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, her first solo.&amp;lt;ref name=&amp;quot;HeraldDolcy2016&amp;quot; /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Since then, Mazarello has sung in many tiatr, musical programmes, movies, and even on radio and television shows. She has also released many albums. The languages she has sung in include [[Konkani language|Konkani]], [[Marathi language|Marathi]], [[Hindi]] and [[English language|English]]. Mazarello has acted in more than 150 tiatr. She has also acted in plays on radio and television and in localvideos and films, in both Konkani and English. She has even written and directed many tiatr and plays and founded the &amp;#039;Theatre Art &amp;amp; Cultural Training Institute&amp;#039; in [[Margao]] for training young theatre artistes.&amp;lt;ref name=&amp;quot;KuwaitAlmeida2010&amp;quot; /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In 2010, Mazarello wrote, directed, sang and acted in the Konkani film, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[Tum Kitem Kortolo Aslo?]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.
