Ahmad is married to Abdul Matlub Ahmad, a Business Leader and former President of [[Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industries|Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industries (FBCCI)]]. They have two sons, Abdul Musabbir Ahmed (Nitol) and Abdul Marib Ahmed (Niloy).
