On 11 January 2013, during the [[2012–13 I-League|2012–13]] season, Doungel was loaned out to fellow [[I-League]] side [[Pailan Arrows]] for the rest of the season. He made his debut for the side the next day on 12 January against [[Air India FC|Air India]].
