Sachin was born to PC Baby on

==Domestic career==
Consistency in [[first-class cricket]] continued to elude Baby in his formative years as a domestic cricketer, but he got off to a good start in [[Limited overs cricket|limited-overs cricket]], with a [[List A cricket|List A]] average in the mid-40s.

Better performances in the following years have seen him rise to the top and become an integral part of the state team.
