The film ''[[Dil Jo Bhi Kahey...]]'' that he directed featured and [[Annabelle Wallis]] and Romesh's son [[Karan Sharma (actor)|Karan Sharma]]. He became known for his acting role in 1972 American movie ‘Siddhartha’, directed by Conrad Rooks.
