	The Raysipotra get their name from Raysojee, who belonged to the Dal Muslim community. They are a small [[Maldhari]] community found in the village of Bhirandiara in the [[Banni Grasslands Reserve\|Banni]] region of [[Kutch]]. They are also found in the village of Gadhiyado.
