&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Ram Dulari Sinha&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (8 December 1922 – 31 August 1994) was a nationalist, freedom fighter [[Indian National Congress]], [[Lok Sabha|Indian parliamentarian]] and a [[Union Minister]]. She was married to [[Thakur Jugal Kishore Sinha]] popularly known as the father of Cooperative Movement in India and an [[Indian Parliamentarian]], he was Member of first Lok Sabha. As a Parliamentarian she is amongst few of those Parliamentarian&amp;#039;s who got the opportunity to work with the first three Prime Ministers of India [[Jawaharlal Nehru]], [[Lal Bahadur Shastri]] and [[Indira Gandhi]]. She was Union Minister in Government&amp;#039;s headed by [[Indira Gandhi]] and [[Rajiv Gandhi]] respectively. She was elected Vice Chairman of the [[International Labour Organization]], was the first woman in [[Bihar]] to attain a master&amp;#039;s degrees and also the first woman from Bihar to be appointed as Governor. ==Political Successor==&lt;br /&gt;
The legacy is being carried forward by her son Dr. (Prof.) Madhurendra Kumar Singh, Member All India Congress Committee who has contested Lok Sabha election from [[Sheohar (Lok Sabha Constituency)]] in 1989. &lt;br /&gt;
Madhurendra was Vice President of Bihar unit of [[National Students Union of India]] and [[Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress]] and has also served as President of District Congress Committee, Sitamarhi and is currently Member, Working Committee of [[Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee]] for past 16 years. His participation in the Cooperative Movement is also exemplary, he was elected and served as Director of Central Warehousing Corporation and Director at Bihar State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Nonetheless he was the elected Chairman of Bihar State Canegrowers Association.&lt;br /&gt;
