It is located in [[Rajkot district]]. This seat is totally dominated by urban voters. This seat came into existence after 2008 delimitation. Prior to that some areas under it were called &amp;#039;Rajkot II&amp;#039; seat. Its current MLA is Gujarat&amp;#039;s Chief Minister [[Vijay Rupani]].
