Rahul Bhandari was born on 13 September 1973 in [[Amritsar]] district of the [[India]]n state of [[Punjab, India|Punjab]]. He completed his [[Electronic engineering|Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Electrical Communications]] from [[Punjab Engineering College]], [[Chandigarh]] in 1994.
