==Development==
On how they landed on this song, Alphons Putharen says:
: "It was a happy accident. It was not something that was planned. This song comes towards the climax of the film and we were searching for a song with appropriate lyrics. But we couldn't get anything with good lyrics that fit the situation. [[Shabareesh Varma]] used to sing the song whenever we guys used to have a get together. So I thought why not use the song and Rajesh came up with the peppy tune. That's how it happened. We three added few more lyrics and fixed the tune and it sounded fantastic."<ref name="hit"/>
