==Early life and education==

He received his early education from [[Aitchison College]]. He graduated in Accounting, Finance and Economics from [[University of Essex]] in 1995. He has the degree of Master of Business Administration in 1997 from [[Manchester Business School]].<ref name="pap" />

==Political career==
He was elected to the [[Provincial Assembly of the Punjab]] as a candidate of [[Pakistan Muslim League (Q)]] (PML-Q) from Constituency PP-231 (Pakpattan-V) in [[2002 Pakistani general election]].
