''Panga Nibi Na Sala'' received very bad remarks from critics. From dialogues to acting to soundtrack, nothing was well accepted by the audience. Only Asish Sasmal, actor (o.c.-pritam), as new villain in Indian film industry appear & accepted by audience /critics, have done gd job .<ref>{{cite web|last=Khatoon|first=Amina|title=Panga Nibi Na Sala review|url=http://www.in.com/news/entertainment/bengali-film-review-panga-nibi-na-sala-50197261-in-1.html|archive-url=https://archive.today/20130630203110/http://www.in.com/news/entertainment/bengali-film-review-panga-nibi-na-sala-50197261-in-1.html|url-status=dead|archive-date=30 June 2013|accessdate=12 April 2013}}</ref><br />
