==History==

On 17 September 1997 two tehsils named Auraiya and Bidhuna were separated from [[Etawah district|district Etawah]] to form the new district named as Auraiya. Since then Niranjanapur falls in the territory of District Auraiya.<ref>[[Auraiya district#Climate]]</ref>

==Geography==

===Climate===
