NH10 starts from Indo/Bangladesh border connecting [[Phulbari, Jalpaiguri|Phulbari]], [[Siliguri]], [[Sevoke]], [[Kalijhora]], [[Rambi Bazar]], [[Teesta Bazaar]], [[Kalimpong district|Kalimpong]], [[Melli]] in [[West Bengal]] and [[Rangpo]], [[Majitar]], [[Singtam]], [[Ranipool]] and terminating at [[Gangtok]] in the State of [[Sikkim]].
