Born in [[Tribeni, Hooghly|Tribeni]], [[West Bengal]], Das graduated from the [[Tata Football Academy]] in 2012 and signed with [[Pailan Arrows]], the [[All India Football Federation]]'s development team in the [[I-League]] on 24 October 2012.<ref>{{cite web|title=Arrows News|url=http://forum.indianfootballnetwork.com/discussion/539/arrows-news/p25|website=Indian Football Network}}</ref> He made his professional debut for the club four days later on 28 October 2012 against [[Salgaocar F.C.|Salgaocar]].
