Tabish hails from Sant Kabir Nagar, a district of Uttar Pradesh. == Political life ==
Tabish was elected a member of the [[Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly]] on the ticket of the [[Bahujan Samaj Party]] in the general elections of May 2007. He was a member of the Petitions Committee of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly (2008–2009). And he remained a member of the entire Government Committee on Horses (2009–2010).<ref>{{Cite web |title=Mohd.
