==Plot==<br />
Yuva is a local troublemaker who is living with his mother, sister, and sister's son. Yuva and his family have a tumultuous relationship, with his mother disapproving of many of his antics. His mother read him stories of Bhagat Singh when Yuva was younger, in the hope that he would one day become like him. However, Yuva is the opposite. Consequently, she gives a TV interview about his upbringing and how his actions have not been good, thus giving the public an impression that Yuva is a rowdy. Yuva and his friend Bruce Lee help Noor Ahmed, a local politician, to become elected, thus gaining some power in the process. Alongside this, Yuva falls in love with Nisha. When Nisha gets caught in the middle of a chase between the police and a drug mafia don known as Boss, Yuva knocks Boss unconscious, sending him to the hospital.<br />

After Boss is sent to the hospital, Yuva's family begins to be threatened by various actions. Yuva's nephew is kidnapped and returned later that day unharmed. Yuva's mother gets kidnapped while everyone is at the temple, and is locked in a storage closet. Yuva frees her and realizes that his family is being targeted; he asks for police protection from the commissioner, only to be mocked since the police believe that Yuva is a local rowdy. Yuva realises that his family is truly in danger and begins to change his laid-back attitude. Yuva and Nisha are visiting the mall, when Nisha disappears. Yuva is immediately on edge and goes to look for her before getting a phone call from one of Boss's men; in order to save Nisha, he must get Boss out of the hospital and back with his men. After doing this, he and Nisha are knocked unconscious, and Yuva is smeared as a drug mafia don.<br />

Noor Ahmed and Bruce Lee take Yuva and Nisha into hiding, where they watch his mother and sister being interviewed on TV. His mother wishes for Yuva to be encountered by the police, before a commotion breaks out against Yuva's mother. Yuva realizes that his family has been disrespected, and he plots to kill Boss and his men. Yuva captures Boss and his right-hand men, and he and Bruce Lee decides to make a video of them before finishing them. While Bruce Lee is recording, Boss admits that he had corrupt policemen supporting him the whole time in the drug trade and proclaims that India can't change. Yuva realizes Boss's point and takes up a stand, saying that while he initially set out to make his mother proud, he is now set on making his country proud by proclaiming that illegal drugs will no longer be available in local stores. The video ends with Yuva killing Boss and his men execution-style, causing Yuva to go to jail. The video goes viral throughout the country, causing widespread support for Yuva. Yuva's mother goes to visit him in jail to feed him; as she leaves, she finally sees Bhagat Singh in her son.<br />

The film was announced on 21 October 2014, to coincide with the occasion of [[Deepavali]], a [[List of Hindu festivals|Hindu festival]], by film producer Vijay Kiragandur. The film would be titled ''Masterpiece'' and would be produced under his banner, Hombale Films.
