Ravi studied at Kesari Higher Secondary School in [[Mylapore]], [[Chennai]]. After appearing as a child artist in ''Erra Mallelu & Swarjyam.His song Nampally station kadi was very popular and considered among the best songs in Telugu film Industry.''
