Pallavi comes from a family of artists. Her grandfather, A.N. She worked in the production of street plays and acted in stage plays, including Hamlet, Maanishaadha, Fire and Rain, Balidaana, My Fair Lady and Gaajina Gombegalu, Muktidham, Vakra, and Good Woman of Schezuan. She has been a faculty member for several theater workshops. Behind the curtain she worked on productions for her grandfather, A. S. Murthy.
