The temple is located in the Western Group of Temple Complex [[Khajuraho]]. Inside the temple complex, it is located north to Varaha Temple<ref name="LaskhmiTemple">[[:File:Khajuraho India, Lakshmi Temple & Varaha Temple.JPG|Image:Lakshmi Temple]]</ref> and opposite [[Lakshmana Temple, Khajuraho|Lakshaman Temple]].
