'''Kokapet''' is an emerging commercial and residential hub in [[Rangareddy district|Ranga Reddy District]] in [[Telangana]], [[India]]. This place is known for its luxurious complexes which falls under Kokapet SEZ (Neopolis) and is regarded as one of the most expensive commercial and residential locations in Hyderabad. It falls under Gandipet Mandal.

The [[Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad|Outer Ring Road]] passes through the village. In a government auction in 2006 which was announced by the Supreme court that it was an illegal auction as the land is going in litigation. Supreme court also sent the legal notices to every once till the final judgement of the case there must be no development/sale/purchase must take place. If, people found doing so they will be taken out of land without further notices.
