==Controversy==
The track "Hey Who Are You", which had the music allegedly similar to the track,<ref>{{Cite web|date=29 December 2016|first=Shyam S.|last=Prasad|title='Kirik Party' in trouble|url=https://bangaloremirror.indiatimes.com/entertainment/south-masala/kirik-party-in-trouble/articleshow/56226092.cms|access-date=2021-01-13|website=Bangalore Mirror|language=en}}</ref> "Madhyarathrili" of the 1991 Kannada film ''[[Shanti Kranti]]'', had to be deleted from the film, after [[Lahari Music]] had the release of the film stayed after it approached the court accusing the makers of violation of copyrights that it held.<ref>{{cite web|title=Legal trouble for Kirik Party|url=http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/kannada/movies/news/legal-trouble-for-kirik-party/articleshow/56237635.cms|work=The Times of India|accessdate=22 January 2017}}</ref><ref>{{cite web|title=Big Trouble for Kirik Party|url=http://www.chitraloka.com/controversy/14169-big-trouble-for-kirik-party.html|publisher=chitraloka.com|accessdate=22 January 2017|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20170122110740/http://www.chitraloka.com/controversy/14169-big-trouble-for-kirik-party.html|archivedate=22 January 2017}}</ref> Eventually court gave permissions to feature the song in the movie as it was stated to be inspired but not allegedly made to be similar. The matter has been amicably resolved after the producer Vijay Kirgandur got the trio Lahari Velu, director of Lahari Music, Rakshith Shetty and Ajaneesh Lokanath to share their perspectives.<ref>{{cite news |title=Rakshit Shetty, Velu end war over song |url=https://www.deccanherald.com/entertainment/rakshit-shetty-velu-end-war-over-song-1004224.html |access-date=24 July 2021 |publisher=Deccan Herald}}</ref>
