KPC Medical College students Welfare Association (KPCMCSWA) is the main student non-political union that looks after the extra-curricular and events of the students including annual fests, sporting activities, freshers, intern farewell, Sarawasti Pujo, etc. to hosting several health camps throughout the year.
There are other clubs which have gained prominence recently, namely-

4. Humans of KPC, a Facebook page featuring interviews of prominent and behind the scenes stories of people at KPCMCH from students to staff members to teachers.

7. Societe de Mode, the Fashion Society of KPCMCH

8. Elixir, the second dance club formed post Beats per Second.

KPC has its annual fest, named Plexus, which is held every year around the months of March–April.
